**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests and take care of their particular seating requests where possible
- Answer the phone and provide Restaurant and Dining information
- Manage the seating section plan and waitlist while seating guests accordingly
- Bus tables as needed
- Clean and organize menus for all dining periods
- Stock the necessary inventory each shift
- Complete assigned opening/closing duties
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- All other duties assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- Need to be flexible to work breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts during weekdays and weekends
- Must work well in a team environment and be outgoing and friendly
- Must work well under pressure and be able to multitask
- Previous experience preferred
- Smart Serve Training an asset
- Food Handling Safety Certificate an asset

**Onboarding Requirement**:

- Required to provide a certificate proving completion of the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Supervisors (e-course provided by the Ministry of Labour)
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.
