**Who We Are**:
MMA Construction is a small-sized construction firm based in Brampton Ontario. We take on a wide variety of projects in the ICI and Residential sectors. Our projects typically include new build, extensive renovations, and civil and site servicing. We take on projects ranging from $500k to $5 million.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all activities on site and subtrades
- Execute and Monitor Construction Schedule
- Ensure the accuracy of performance of each subtrade as it pertains to construction drawings and scope of work
- Review and analyze Construction Plans and supervise and coordinate tasks and activities of contractor/vendors to ensure quality of work and adherence of schedule
- Ensure all work being completed is within the Contract scope of work, terms, and budget
- Track progress and identify risk with the potential to impact budget and schedule
- Maintain up-to-date site log including material and resource tracking
- Provide Daily/Weekly update to Project Manager
- Monitor, enforce, and maintain WSIB and Safety Policy
- Participate in Site Meetings and Safety Meetings
- Assist with completing Monthly Progress Reports
- Identify and discuss any additional work “extras” and potential claims with the Project Manager
- Conduct Safety Orientation and Weekly safety meetings with Sub-trades
- Ensure all finished work is to the company standards
- Schedule trades to meet the company’s set out Construction Schedule

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years experience in Civil and Site Servicing Projects
- Prior Experience as a Site Superintendent of at-least 5 years
- Solid understanding of current construction practices, working knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications
- Strong leader, able to communicate clearly and promote teamwork
- Able to work in under pressure and deliver on time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
