**Responsibilities**:
- Implement an Emergent Curriculum tailored to children’s development
- Foster children's emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and health/safety checks
- Support classroom transitions and daily routines
- Collaborate with external specialists (Speech, Occupational Therapists, etc.)
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
**Qualifications**:
- Valid Albert ECE License
- Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B
- Clear Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
