Early Childhood Educator

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate learning and development.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment where children can explore and engage.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and assess children’s developmental milestones and provide feedback to parents.
- Promote positive behaviors and guide children in conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall success of the program.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Previous experience working with young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- A passion for teaching and making a difference in children’s lives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.00-$28.00 per hour
