**Job Overview**

This position requires a high level of organization, effective internal and external communication, sound product knowledge, multitasking capabilities as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:
**I. PSP/PSR Quoting/Sales**
- Assist in drafting quotes from technicians’ paperwork (using PSP inspection checklists) - this is specifically for PSP Reports
- Ensure all quotes are drafted in accordance with pricing structure outlined in Lenworth’s Price List
- Pricing is to be based on standard hourly rates and minimums.
- Ensure quote formatting is consistent and professional.
- Thoroughly review all PSP Reports - including cross referencing against site pictures and PSP Inspection Checklists to ensure labour hours allocated are accurate, and modifying accordingly.
- Thoroughly review all PSP Reports - with a focus on repetitive items, non-standard items and minor wear items and make a judgement call if that item should be placed on the “watch list”
- Take full responsibility for pricing on PSP Reports - including labour hours, markup, “watch list” and new equipment recommendations to maximize order accuracy and ultimately, profitability.
- Consistently update systems to reflect status and follow-ups.
- Engage sales Account Managers, as appropriate, to assist with customer approvals.
- Make process improvement recommendations to streamline pricing and approval process.
- Process orders, engaging technical support to ensure parts order processing within 24-48 hours of receiving approval.
- Process and submit paperwork daily to the Accounting Department for prompt invoicing.

**Planning & Administration**:

- Provide leadership and vision to the PSP Department and its employees.
- Maintain the scheduled date for PSP and PSR orders in the system and update status field.
- Maintain PSR quote log and provided update status field.
- Update customer contact information in the system as required.
- Ensure safety policies and issues are dealt with promptly - including updating the Health & Safety Committee
- Update GPS/CRM software with new clients and vendors.
- Continually build upon personal leadership and product knowledge
