Your role Organizes, coordinates and manages required staff resources to complete estimatereport deliverables. Acts as lead interface with client and related project team members and plans for scopeof the project based on client expectations, WBS requirements and requested deliverableformats. Sets up project in CATO with agreed upon format. Provides guidance to all staff involved in estimate and compiles, issues and follows up onRFIs to the project team in order to resolve technical questions related to the estimate. Reviews project financials including Project Status Report (PSR); updates financialsmonthly and identifies any potential issues to manager for review and action. Reviews deliverables for completeness and provides overall quality assurance check priorto issuance of report. Reviews benchmark information and provides global check ofreports. Summarizes variances and identifies key estimate cost drivers for project teamreview. B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management. Minimum of 10 years of related transportation cost estimating experience. Participation in Alternatives Analysis, Value Engineering, Risk Analysis as needed.
