CREO Peinture is one of the fastest growing painting companies in the Montreal area and we are looking to add a superstar to our sales team.

We are growing faster than we expected and can't handle all of the business coming in - we are looking for someone to join our team who will raise the bar.

**About the Position**
- In home sales with homeowners looking to paint their home
- All of the leads are generated by the company (100% inbound).
- 90% of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up on prospects
- 10% of your time is spent on team building, meetings, trainings, and administrative tasks
- Heavily focused on personal and professional training & development
- All training is provided and training is a never ending focus

**Compensation & Benefits**

Base Salary: $45,000

Bonuses: Commissions Paid Based on Sales. 6-7% commission on total revenue sold.

**Learning, Development & Culture**

We have ongoing sales training, sales calls/meetings and leadership calls that will help you grow as a salesperson as well as a leader in your personal and professional life.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience

Proven track record of success

Demonstrates a commitment to customers

Strong communication skills

Strong work ethic, ambitious

Self-motivated and results oriented

Ability to work independently

Experience in the painting or contracting industry is a plus but not required

A college degree in Business or related field is a plus but not required.
