**Job Description**:
As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for the delivery of championship customer service to fans during various events at all of our MLSE locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work diligently to ensure safe food handling principles are practiced
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Ensure work area and equipment is clean and organized at all times
- Perform other administrative or service functions as required
- Ensure areas are cleaned and stocked for our Fans to enjoy
- Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act

**Qualifications**:
- Must have a valid Smart Serve certification
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as the need arises
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the province of Ontario
- Previous food service experience an asset
- Safe food handling training an asset
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Shown ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Work well under pressure; balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to pay close attention to detail
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
