We're seeking a creative and experienced Marketing/Social Media Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you'll take charge of crafting and executing our marketing and social media strategies, crafting captivating content, and overseeing all our online platforms. This is a thrilling opportunity to mold our brand's digital image, connect with our target audience, and make a significant impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage posts across the clinic's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Website) through creation and curation of quality content.
- Engage with the community by responding to DMs and enquiries, and greeting new followers.
- Provide creative direction and create and upload graphics and videos for the clinic's social media platforms; including Instagram Stories, IGTV, IG Reels, grid posts, etc.
- Maintain social media content calendar and posting schedule.
- Monitor social space for related topics, conversations, and trends.
- Capture before and after images of patients and incorporate them into social media content.
- Record videos of clinical procedures and incorporate them into social media content

Contribute ideas for social media promotions such as giveaways and contests.
- Implement and optimize social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with our online community.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, audience insights, and content engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in online content development
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g. Canva Pro, Photoshop, etc.)
- Extensive experience in image editing, video editing, and writing
- Solid knowledge of social media trends, apps, tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to come into clinic, depending on business needs

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
