Hotel Front Desk Clerk/night Audit

Applicates are required to be able to lift 50 lbs and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and web browsers.
**Summary**
As a Hotel Front Desk Clerk/Night Audit, you will be the face of our establishment, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will utilize your core skills in hospitality and guest services while managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word will aid in daily reporting and administrative tasks. With an emphasis on effective communication, your abilities will enhance guest interactions, making you an essential part of our team dedicated to excellence in service.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
- Handle multi-line phone systems to respond to inquiries and reservations.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting purposes.
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
