As a Food Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service at all times. Primary duties include:
- Responsible for selling concession items to customers on the golf course while driving a beverage cart.
- Provide catering services for functions.
- Process transactions through the point of sale (POS) system, credit/debit card transaction, reconcile daily float and daily bank deposits required.
- Follow operating, opening, and closing procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries and report discrepancies to the Clubhouse Coordinator. Qualifications
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of (or the ability to obtain) a certified course in food safety/food handling (for example: Food Safety Basics and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training).
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalency) with no more than 6 demerits OR a valid Graduated Driver's Licence (GDL) with no more than 4 demerits) and no current charges or suspensions pending is required.
- Ability to complete alcohol server program.
- Experience in bartending and at least 6 months of related experience in a retail food service operation will be considered assets.
- Preference will be given to applicants with experience in concession sales or short order meals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills along with well-developed cash handling abilities.
- You are reliable and dependable and have excellent interpersonal skills. Working Conditions:_ _You must be able to lift heavy objects, weighing up to 22 kgs (50 lbs), repeatedly.Pre-employment Requirements*

- Employment for this position will be conditional on applicants providing a 3 year Class 5 Driver's Abstract with no more than 6 demerits OR Graduated Driver's abstract with no more than 4 demerits.
- A valid security clearance must be provided.
- Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications.
