**All-in-one Carpenter**
ServiceMaster Restore of Edmonton requires an experienced All-in-One Carpenter.

**Position Overview**

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Carpenter will work closely with insurance professionals, businesses and home owners to ensure property is restored quickly, efficiently, and with care.

**Responsibilities**
- Full range of rough and finished skilled carpentry work
- Maintenance and repair
- Window and door board ups
- Installation of facets, toilets, sinks.
- Simple electrical work such as reset of light fixtures
- Installation of baseboards, cabinets, casings doors
- Installation of drywall (boarding and taping)
- Paint touch ups and finishing work
- Experience in textured ceilings
- Suspended ceiling installation
- Assemble of client furniture
- Tiling
- Installation of counter tops
- Blinds installation
- Framing
- Texturing
- Drywall

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years’ experience working in commercial, residential, industrial setting
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and acceptable, recent drivers abstract
- Undergo a Criminal Reference Check
- Steel Toe boots
- Own tools

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
- drywall: 3 years (preferred)
