- This is a full-time opportunity (40 hrs/week) Are you a versatile, hands-on analyst with an entrepreneurial spirit? In this role, you will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries to support business growth and ensure efficient processing of invoices for a variety of customers. We are looking for a creative, solution-focussed analyst who can help automate processes to support business growth. *The Position*
- Develop invoicing processes to support evolving business strategies
- Analyze revenue projections and provide reports based on findings
- Contribute to best practices discussions to support streamlining of processes
- Understand variant causes and their impact on reporting
- Find opportunities to increase service levels for invoicing inquiries and quality of reporting
- Monitor data integrity and ensure consistency
- Other duties to support the finance team
- Manage customer accounts
- Utilize subscription billing platforms to accurately provide invoicing to customers based on billing cycles *Does this sound like you?*
- Degree/Diploma in business administration, commerce, or accounting preferred
- 3-5 years experience in customer service industry or billing preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple manual processes until new procedures have been developed and tested
- A strong desire to learn and grow within an innovative organization
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Time management including work planning, prioritization, and organization
- Strong collaboration skills and solutions focus
- Assertive in bringing forward new ideas to support the growth of the business
- Ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks
- Strong technical aptitude
- Expert Excel knowledge including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and conditional formatting
- Advanced knowledge of complete MS Office suite *Our Benefits:

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
