**Endo Networks, an experiential marketing/direct sales company, is seeking a Face-to-Face Fundraiser. You will be at the forefront of this meaningful campaign, engaging with the public and inspiring shoppers to support the fundraising for the charities initiatives. As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences to connect with potential donors and secure contributions in support of the Foundation's various programs. You will be part of a dynamic team that seeks to raise awareness about the vital work undertaken by the Foundation. Your passion for the cause and exceptional interpersonal skills will drive the success of this fundraising campaign.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize innovative and creative experiential marketing strategies to capture the public's attention and generate interest in the Foundation's mission.
- **Engage and Educate**: Initiate meaningful conversations with individuals to educate them about the charities initiatives and the impact of their donations.
- **Inspire Action**: Inspire potential donors by sharing stories and testimonials of individuals whose lives have been positively impacted by the Foundation's programs.
- **Meet Fundraising Goals**: Work towards achieving ambitious fundraising targets, contributing to the campaign's overall success and the charities mission.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with a diverse and enthusiastic team, sharing insights, strategies, and successes to drive collective results.

- **Target-Oriented**: Demonstrated ability to set and meet fundraising targets, delivering results, and making a significant impact.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to work in various public locations and adapt to different environments to reach potential donors effectively.
- **Empathy and Sensitivity**: Display empathy and sensitivity when discussing the Foundation.
