If you're a strategic thinker, adept at navigating complex projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to bring your expertise to our team and be part of a culture that values innovation and collaboration. **Responsibilities** - Lead the development of process and a set of standard operating procedures for a combined Sales and Marketing Team - Lead and manage commercial GTM projects from conception to completion - Develop and manage an energy calendar of monthly Sales and Marketing commercial GTM activities - Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives - Develop and lead detailed project plans and monitor progress - Align commercial strategies with business objectives and goals - Coordinate with different departments for smooth project execution - Evaluate project quality and performance - Identify and solicit continuous improvement opportunities - Drive resolution of issues through coordination of actions assigned to key Stakeholders within projects - Build and maintain strong relationships with all key Stakeholders - Report on project performance to Senior Management - In addition to the above, _additional tasks may be required from time to time._ **Requirements and Skills** - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Project Management Professional designation (PMP) - Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Change Management - Experience with Direct Sales considered an asset - Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills - Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in project management software **What we have**: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Annual professional and personal wellness funds - Product discounts - Opportunity to join a team at the helm of expanding the company’s brand and mission in both Canada and the USA - A team of talented and passionate Sales & Marketing professionals **Job Type**: Full-time **Location**: Hybrid - 2 days a week on-site **Salary Range**: $75,000-$110,000 **Who we are**: We all deserve to eat good food every day—despite the daily crunch for time and inspiration.
