**Your Role**: As a key member of our team, you will assist in enhancing our growing dry eye practice by providing aesthetic treatments that improve patient comfort and outcomes. Your expertise will also contribute to the overall success of the practice by performing various optometric assistant duties. You will collaborate closely with our optometrists and patients, ensuring the highest level of care. Training will be provided for you to learn essential optometric assistant skills, such as assisting in patient exams and managing treatment protocols for dry eye syndrome.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Medical Aesthetician certification (or equivalent)
- Experience in aesthetic treatments
- Familiarity with dry eye treatments and the ability to collaborate with optometrists (training will be provided)
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) software and patient management systems
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow protocols and assist in patient care
- Excellent interpersonal skills to educate patients on treatments, aftercare, and dry eye management strategies
- Ability to work with medical technologies, such as LipiFlow, IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), and other dry eye treatments
- Sales acumen to promote services, products, and packages effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A commitment to ongoing training and development in both aesthetic treatments and optometric assistant duties

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or experience in advanced skin care treatments, such as LipiFlow, IPL, or other technologies used in dry eye management
- Experience or interest in performing optometric assistant duties, such as patient prep, assisting with exams, and managing patient care in an optometric setting
- Knowledge of optometric terminology and procedures related to dry eye care
- Previous experience in an optometric clinic, medical spa, or healthcare setting
