- Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials, laser hair removal treatments, lash lifts, and brow lamination.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and routines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workspaces in accordance with health regulations.
- Deliver excellent guest services by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments and techniques to offer clients the best options available.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Qualifications**
- Valid aesthetician license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in providing aesthetic services such as facials, laser hair removal treatments, lash lifts, and brow lamination.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus; ability to recommend products effectively is essential.
