- **Collaborative Teamwork**: Work alongside the Office Manager, clinical team, and administrative staff to keep operations running smoothly. Support both hygiene and treatment providers by organizing schedules and preparing patients, all while fostering a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.
- **Administrative Leadership**: Tackle front-office tasks such as patient onboarding, appointment confirmations, and keeping patient records up-to-date. Step into leadership or support roles as necessary, and contribute positively to a harmonious, efficient workplace.

Qualifications:

- **Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with a patient-centered, positive approach. Skilled at balancing multiple tasks while always supporting patients with empathy and understanding.
- **Detail-Oriented & Flexible**: Ability to adapt to shifting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, while keeping a constructive, upbeat mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate patient scheduling needs.
