**Position Summary**:
We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated servers to join our team. As a server, you’ll be the face of the brewery - welcoming guests, recommending beers, serving food, and making sure everyone has a great time from the first sip to the last call.

This is a fast-paced, guest-focused role perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves working with people, and has a genuine interest in craft beer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments
- Share beer knowledge and recommend brews based on guest preferences
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Communicate effectively with the bar, kitchen, and fellow team members
- Help support events and private bookings when needed
- Uphold AGLC regulations and Marda Loop Brewing’s service standards
- Be a positive part of our fun, collaborative team

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a busy environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Passion for craft beer (or a willingness to learn)
- ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain before your first shift)
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required
