- About Fallfront : Fallfront is a seasonal start-up bringing curated fall porch displays straight to Toronto homes. We deliver locally-sourced pumpkins and décor bundles for families who want a festive doorstep without the hassle. Think: pumpkins, gourds, hay bales, and major cozy curb appeal.We’re hiring experienced, confident sales reps to go door-to-door in select neighborhoods and close orders on the spot.

**Qualifications (Must-Haves)**:

- Must be fluent in English
- You live in Toronto or the GTA and can commute to assigned neighborhoods
- You have at least one summer of door-to-door sales experience (e.g. windows, roofing, solar, landscaping, etc.) or equivalent cold outreach experience
- You’re confident talking to strangers and can handle objections with ease
- You’re self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- You’re available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week during September and October

**Assets (Nice-to-Haves)**:

- You’ve sold in high-income or luxury neighborhoods before
- You’ve previously worked on commission-based pay and hit sales targets
- You have access to a car or bike to move between canvassing zones
- You have strong local knowledge of Toronto neighborhoods (e.g. Leaside, Rosedale, High Park, etc.)
- You're a student or recent grad looking for flexible, well-paid fall work

**Compensation**:

- Competitive commission on every sale (100% commission based salary)
