**Role Description**

**Vaticano is seeking an experienced and motivated Bartender to join our team.**

The Bartender will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving beverages with consistency, creativity, and care. This position requires strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-end, fast-paced environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after service.
- Deliver outstanding guest service by engaging with patrons in a professional, welcoming manner.
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, health regulations, and sanitation standards.
- Manage bar inventory, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring proper rotation and storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Create and suggest new cocktail specials or seasonal drink features that align with Vaticano’s Italian-inspired identity.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and close-out procedures accurately.
- Address and resolve any bar-related issues quickly and professionally.
- Contribute to a positive team environment rooted in professionalism, respect, and hospitality.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-end restaurant or upscale hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits, and Italian beverage culture preferred.
- Proven ability to lead by example and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of alcohol service laws and bar safety protocols.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient during high-volume service.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
