We are passionate in delivering results and customer satisfaction. To boost our growth, we are looking for **Shipping and Receiving Specialist **who can contribute to the following activities.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintains receiving, shipping, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Ascertain the quality and quantity of picked items and ensure that they are safely delivered to the delivery pallet.
- Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Assist in loading and unloading trucks and determining safe ways of stacking items on the truck and retrieving items in a safe manner.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling data with storage system.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Around one year of experience in the similar field.
- High School Diploma or equivent required.
- Advance skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Must be qualified/certified forklift driver.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
