**Summary**

The Business Operations Consultant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

- Designing, implementing and monitoring operational projects, business processes and IT systems to improve functional efficiency and effectiveness within the business operations
- Supporting the development of our people and team effectiveness, including areas such as recruitment, training and workforce planning
- Developing and managing internal and external communications plans to dive operational effectiveness and to promote the business and company brand.
- Performing financial analysis and preparing reporting materials (presentations, visualizations, summaries) and updating management on the status and performance of various operational initiatives

**Required Skills or Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in a competitive field, preferably commerce, management, finance
- One to three (1 - 3) years of work experience in management consulting, process management, or operational consulting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; experience with VBA, SQL is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives or projects, with strong organization and prioritization skills
- Innovative and creative thinker who can evaluate and overhaul operational processes
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment that requires high initiative, mínimal supervision and an ability to address shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with remote and geographically dispersed teams
