**The role**

You’re a storyteller - someone two enjoys researching, brainstorming, and writing engaging and compelling stories.

A self-driven individual with a background in communications, marketing, or journalism. A team player who communicates effectively, has a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

Your role will be far-reaching and allow you to leverage your creative ideas. You will be provided the opportunity to join a fast-paced growing team to support content development along with digital marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our service line leaders, multi-disciplinary teams, and business partners.

You will play a vital role in increasing Tiree’s brand presence and have the ability to make an impact while supporting our business objectives. And you’ll join a supportive and passionate team with opportunity for growth.

**What you’ll do**:

- Collaborate with internal departments and team members, service line leaders, and business partners to produce content that effectively communicates Tiree’s story including our value proposition, expertise, experience, and team members.
- Maintain and grow Tiree’s social media presence.
- Assist in the quality assurance process to maintain Tiree’s branding and professionalism.
- Support activities to promote Tiree’s industry leadership.

**Requirements**:
**What you bring**:

- 3-5 years of previous work experience in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a relevant field.
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Demonstrated proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Strong time management, project management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask and handle various projects, deadlines, and changing priorities
- Excellent writing, proof-reading, and editing skills with extreme attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Commitment to ongoing learning, education, and knowledge sharing
- Prior experience in a professional services environment or in the field of architecture, engineering or construction considered an asset
- Ability to obtain security clearance with the Government of Canada
