**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the shipping and receiving operations within our warehouse. You will ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our distribution efforts.
**Duties**
- Operate forklifts to load and unload materials safely
- Manage inventory ensuring orders arrive from suppliers and are complete and invoiced properly
- Pick and Pack orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure warehouse is organized, clean and safe
- Stock shelves and maintain overflow inventory
- Inventory counting
- Perform additional duties as assigned, working together in a cooperative manner to achieve department and company goals
**Skills**
- Proficient in operating forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
- Certification Required
- Ability to lift up tp 50lbs.
- Ability to stand, and bend repetitively
- Strong experience in shipping & receiving processes, order fulfillment, and packaging.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory management.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, including skills in order picking and load/unload procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
