Connector - Homelessness Initiative

**INTERNAL/EXTERNAL JOB POSTING**

The North Lambton Community Health Centre is seeking applicants for the following position:
**Connector - Homelessness Initiative**

**37.5 hours/week Contract until March 31, 2025**

The Connector will work closely with various community services, social assistance programs, health promotion programs, and other homelessness initiatives to help support individuals along the housing continuum.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Social Service Worker College Diploma or related field, and/or long-term work experience in this capacity.
- Current registration with the College of Social Service Workers of Ontario, and a member in good standing, is an asset.
- Three to five years’ experience working within a community setting is an asset.
- Knowledge of community resources and services available in the Sarnia-Lambton area.
- Experience working with community partners.
- Experience working with marginalized populations and vulnerable peoples is required.

The rate of pay for this position is $27.77 per hour. This is a contract position. Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) is available for part time/contract staff.

The incumbent will be required to work at all sites, including outreach locations as required. Flexible hours of work are required. The incumbent may be required to work at all sites.
