Loader Operator - Snow Removal and Maintenance
**Duties**:

- Responsible for all winter snow clearing and related activities as assigned by Operations Manager
- Able to safely operate one or more of the following equipment: loader, pick-up truck with plow if needed.
- Load snow into dump trucks during removal shift.
- Plow and maintain parking lots during snow shifts.
- Inspect equipment for any damages or malfunctions and report issues to the supervisor.
- Work as a team member to help maintain parking lots and property as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience operating heavy equipment, such as loaders, or other related machines
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment.
- Familiarity with snow removal operations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- On-call requirements with 1 hour response time.
- Requires on-call availability 24-7
- Willingness to work in all types of weather and at irregular times

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $26.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 70 per week
