Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions

**Skills**:

- Team management: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Store management: Understanding of store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Market: Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Sales: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Price: Understanding of pricing strategies and the ability to effectively communicate pricing information to customers.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
