**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts for their vehicles.
- Utilize POS systems to process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on order fulfillment and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs.
- Utilize Excel and CMMS software for inventory management and reporting purposes.
- Stay informed about market trends and new products to better assist customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or Ford automotive parts is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in Math for accurate order processing and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
- Valid Driver License

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
