**General Help - Day and Night Shift**

Come join our small but mighty team in our brand new commercial bakery, located in Etobicoke. We are looking for a individuals with good attitudes seeking learning opportunities in food manufacturing.

**General Duties**:

- Assist line operators set up production lines, prepare baking racks, prepare and conduct packaging, sort products and set up trays/boards for production lines.
- Follow all safe operating procedures, computer print outs/job aids and training modules for efficiencies.
- Check products for defects and to ensure they are to company standards.
- Clean work areas - sweeping, cleaning all tables, surfaces, racks, and machines.
- General operational needs including, but not limited to: Flipping Pans, Baking/Oven Work, Packaging Baked Goods, Picking, Icing, and other general duties as required
- Ensure food safety remains high priority and is an ambassador for a food-safe culture
- Other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to handle weight up to 40 lbs. consistently
- Hardworking and reliable
- Previous overnight work experience an asset
- Must be able to work in hot environment during summer months
- Must have manual dexterity and be able to stand for extended periods
- Hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Friendly attitude and overall excitement to learn
- Working knowledge of English (both verbal and written)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.05-$15.65 per hour
