What can I expect to do in this role? **In this role, you will**: - Maintain proper sanitation of the kitchen, dining, storage and washing areas, and equipment - Follow guidelines and ensure proper controls and documentation of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Program (HACCP) in the receipt, preparation, storage, assembly and distribution of food items - Inventory leftover cold meals and coordinate set-up and delivery of mealtime service - Assist with the rethermalization for meal service set-up and delivery - Ensure the safety and security, staff, equipment and ingredients - Perform receiving duties and complete documentation of goods and equipment - Supervise and instruct offender helpers including writing performance reports How do I qualify?
