Based in Canada, Bath Depot specializes in bathroom, kitchen, and lighting products. With over 350 employees and over 47 stores across the Country, we are reinventing the renovation shopping experience.

We are currently looking for a 3rd key for our Burloak store. Are you driven by sales goals? Are you passionate about customer service and also about building strong customer relationship? Well, you could be the brand ambassador our compagny needs

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Assist the store manager in the day-to-day management of the store.
- Provide internal training.
- Build customer loyalty.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist in merchandising products.
- Support internal training.
- Be a key player in the team.
- Work closely with the store manager and assistant manager.

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Has a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or employee management.
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Demonstrates leadership.
- Communicates effectively.
- Shows autonomy and initiative.
- Maintains a positive attitude at all times.
- Uses good judgment and is solution-oriented.
- Has strong organizational and planning skills.
- High school diploma is an asset.

**To Succeed in This Role, You Will**:

- Participate in supervising, motivating, and managing employees.
- Maintain customer service standards and offer an exceptional shopping experience.
- Positively influence employees to achieve their goals.
- Meet sales targets (Sales Goals, SPH, DPT).
- Review sales reports.
- Develop lasting relationships with employees and customers.
- Participate in onboarding new employees.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with customers.
- Participate in managing store operations.
- Handle store openings and closings as needed.
- Promote and ensure visual merchandising of products.
- Manage inventory according to established processes.
- Perform any other related tasks.
