**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Spread top soil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs and trees and perform other duties to assist with the construction of a landscape and related structures
- Cut grass, rake, aerate, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees and perform other maintenance duties as directed by supervisor
- Ability to work outside for long periods of time during all weather conditions

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude in the workplace.
- Class G drivers license preferred but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
