**Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales)**

**Reports To**: Customer Service lead

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales)** to join our growing team. In this role, you will respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding pricing and product availability, match requests with inventory, and provide exceptional service. Fluency in both **French and English** is required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter quotes and invoices into the company’s invoicing system.
- Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Manage backorders and proactively communicate with customers regarding order status.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through responsive and transparent communication.
- Assist with additional duties and tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- **Fluency in French and English** (spoken and written) is **required**.
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and keyboarding speed.
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
