- **WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- The role also collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, including Data Operations, clinical departments, and hospital leadership, to develop and optimize reporting strategies that support operational decision-making and strategic planning. This position demands strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of healthcare data governance, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that enhance patient care and organizational performance.
- **WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:
- Post-secondary education in healthcare analytics, data science, health informatics **,**or related field required- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data reporting, analytics, or business intelligence required- Experience with Ontario Health reporting frameworks preferred- Strong expertise in Epic Cogito, SQL, Power BI, and other BI tools required- Epic Cogito certification (Cogito Developer or Cogito Project Manager) preferred
- **WHO YOU ARE**:
- Advanced data visualization, report writing, and statistical analysis skills.- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
