GQ Mechanical Corp. is looking for an experienced **Service Technician** to join our growing team servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment for restaurants, hotels, and foodservice clients.

**What You’ll Do**
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial cooking and preparation equipment (e.g., ovens, fryers, ranges, pizza ovens, combi ovens).
- Perform preventative maintenance visits and emergency repairs as needed.
- Work on-call as part of a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Accurately complete service records, mileage logs, and maintain a clean company vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with customers and office staff to ensure excellent service.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **2 years** of experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair (hot-side equipment preferred) (Cold Side an asset)
- Valid **Ontario Gas Technician 2 (G2)** license or equivalent.
- Clean driving record and eligible to drive a company-provided vehicle.
- Strong technical skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.07-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 90 per week

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

- Appliance repair: 2 years (required)
