**Role Overview**

As an Internal Service Technician specializing in technical service support and diagnostics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Day-to-day tasks will involve managing customer experiences, sharing customer feedback with the team, and building the infrastructure to support efficient service delivery. You will primarily focus on troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues, providing expert guidance to customers, and collaborating with the field service team to deliver effective solutions. Your strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and commitment to exceptional service will contribute to the overall success of our organization. **Responsibilities**
- Perform detailed diagnostics and troubleshooting, of HVAC and Smart home products, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
- Audit all contractor service invoices
- Analyze and interpret technical documentation, equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with field service technicians to provide remote guidance and support during on-site repairs and installations, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of problems
- Document all service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, parts usage, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records are maintained.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies during service calls, ensuring the highest level of safety for yourself, colleagues, and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in HVAC systems, continually enhancing technical knowledge and skills

**Must-haves**
- Completion of a recognized HVAC technical training program or apprenticeship is preferred
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician, with a strong focus on technical support and diagnostics
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including familiarity with a wide range of equipment,components, and controls
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, utilizing specialized tools and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting

**Salary**: $75,000.00 per year
