**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**: Supervise daily arcade operations, ensuring all VR equipment and software are functioning optimally.
- **Team Leadership**: Work with and inspire a team of front-line staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
- **Customer Experience**: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming environment.
- **Inventory and Supplies**: Oversee the inventory of VR equipment and arcade supplies, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Work with the team to implement effective promotional strategies both digitally and physically to boost customer engagement.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on customer feedback and operational data.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role within retail, entertainment, or a technology-focused environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of VR systems, software, and hardware is highly desirable. However, if you lack direct experience with VR, a willingness to quickly learn and adapt during training is acceptable.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate a diverse team.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, energetic attitude with a “can-do” approach.
