As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with patients to provide basic care and assist them with activities of daily living. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, as well as monitoring their vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff. Additionally, you will help with patient charting, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

2. Help patients with mobility, including transferring them from beds to wheelchairs or assisting them with walking.

3. Monitor patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, and report any abnormalities to nursing staff.

4. Feed patients who need assistance with eating and ensure they receive adequate nutrition.

5. Provide emotional support to patients and their families, listening to their concerns and offering reassurance.
