We are looking for a **Site Services Technician**who is passionate about maintaining and enhancing outdoor and indoor spaces, supporting events, and ensuring site functionality and safety. This is a full-time position.

**Target Start Date**:March 31, 2025

**What You'll Do**
- Maintain RBG pathways, roadways, walkways, and irrigation systems through inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Respond to operational needs, including equipment malfunctions, waste removal, and weather-related site management such as snow removal and de-icing.
- Perform general maintenance, including basic carpentry, welding, and minor metal repairs.
- Support with event setup, teardown, and logístical support to ensure smooth operations.
- Install prefabricated structures and displays, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain documentation of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

**What You Bring**
- Experience in maintaining multi-purpose facilities, including indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Proficiency in carpentry tools, welding equipment, and snow removal machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret plans for site setup and operational activities.
- Understanding of safety protocols and industry standards in maintenance and site operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational and maintenance challenges.
- Effective communication and documentation skills for collaboration and reporting.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Valid G driver’s license with a clear driving record.
- Possession of a Class D driver’s license (or willingness to obtain before the start date) for operating a salt truck.

**Additional Information**
- Work Conditions: Outdoor and indoor work in varying weather conditions, requiring physical endurance and mobility.
