About the Opportunity

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required with 1-2 years of related experience in student accounts, bursar, financial aid or student personnel administration
- Knowledge of Salesforce, regulations regarding student billing and payments, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse student populations
- Flexible work schedule required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise students/families on all billing, payment and tuition processes. Process student refund requests, reconcile accounts. Advise students regarding outstanding balances and collection activity
- Process payments, resolve/reconcile collection accounts, work with collection agencies, advise leadership of outstanding collection activity. Work with Finance to determine any escalated activity for collection accounts.
- Assist with billing, Financial Force and Cashnet administration, including set up, rules, reconciliation
- Assist with 3rd party billing, reconciliation, collection.
