We are seeking a **Wholesale Distribution Manager **to lead and manage a small dynamic team committed to delivering the best service, products, and expertise to security professionals such as locksmiths, builders, and property managers in Burnaby, British Columbia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and train an enthusiastic team of two associates
- Drive for sales growth through building trusted relationships with LW customers and acquire new customers through networking, industry events, and sales call
- Other duties as assigned

**Who you are**:
**What you’ll bring**:
As the manager at Lock World you will bring 5+ years of business experience, a proven track record of sales growth and technical expertise in security hardware.

The top requirements are the ability to build trusting relationships, a track of driving successful business growth, a positive problem-solving attitude, a commitment to excellent service, a passionate interest in the security hardware industry, and the ability to learn quickly.

**What we offer**:

- Salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per year
- Annual bonus of 15% based on achieving mutually agreed sales and profitability targets

This role includes a competitive benefits package starting immediately upon employment and three weeks annual vacation accrued from the start of employment.

Since 2011, Lock World provides top of the line security hardware solutions to locksmiths, builders, and security professionals in Vancouver and across Western Canada. As a successful wholesale distributor, we distribute and support a full range of national brand locks, keys and keying systems, closers, electric strikes, and other security hardware products.
