This position is based from our Toronto (Etobicoke) office, but other locations in Ontario could be considered.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Develop a solid, trust-based business partnership with managers at all levels in the client group;
- Advise and guide managers in their decision-making on people issues, while developing a relationship of trust with clients;
- Support managers in labour relations and talent management, including skills and career development;
- Train, support and coach managers on best HR practices, while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and best practices;
- Deliver training to employees and managers to ensure programs are applied;
- Optimise HR processes and programs to increase impact, efficiency and quality;
- In collaboration with the HR Director - Ontario, participate closely in various organisational development projects;
- Enhance the employee experience and maintain a pleasant, healthy and safe working environment;
- Participate in and lead development and continuous improvement projects.

Your Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations or other relevant discipline;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner, particularly in the field of employee relations;
- Practical knowledge of employment, Human Rights, Labour Laws, and Health and Safety;
- Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously;
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills;
- Available for occasional travel within Ontario and Quebec.
