We are looking for reliable team members, who can commit to working **Monday to Friday** on assigned any assigned **8-hour shifts**. **The production operates between 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.** The company can change shift hours based on business needs. Opportunities for extra hours and overtime may be available after an initial training period is completed.

The duties and responsibilities of the position are the following:

- Follow instructions for measuring, manual assembly, robotic automated assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of medical devices.
- Use simple manual tools or fixtures to aid in the manipulation of small parts.
- Load/unload and operate machinery used in robotic automated production.
- Work in a controlled environment (clean room) while wearing full PPE.
- Complete documentation neatly and according to protocol.
- Demonstrate excellent understanding and adherence to hygiene and cleanliness requirements.
- Work on self-directed tasks within a collaborative team environment.
- Other duties as assigned or determined.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to use technical documents, tools, fixtures, and test equipment (after training).
- Experience in a laboratory setting is an asset.
- Recreational or professional experience working with small parts/tools is an asset.

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
