JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting to the VP & Head Global Capital Markets, Trading and Central Funding, this position is primarily responsible for Institutional Trading, Private Client Trading, and Portfolio Implementation. This will involve close communication with, Portfolio Managers, Investment Advisors, Strategic Counterparties, Service Providers, and Compliance.

JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting to the VP & Head Global Capital Markets, Trading and Central Funding, this position is primarily responsible for Institutional Trading, Private Client Trading, and Portfolio Implementation. This will involve close communication with, Portfolio Managers, Investment Advisors, Strategic Counterparties, Service Providers, and Compliance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Portfolio implementation, executing and monitoring portfolios, P&L and risk
- Automation, optimization and re-engineering of desk processes and tools to increase efficiency
- Facilitating day-to-day activities on the desk
- Assist in the training and development of colleagues
- Assist in building and leveraging relationships with investment banks, and corporations
- Monitor ongoing performance of equity investments
- Ad-hoc projects

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Senior equity trading experience
- Quantitative undergraduate degree preferred (i.e., Math, Engineering, Computer Science)
- Excellent academic performance while balancing extracurricular activities
- Programming/scripting experience preferred
- Experience with Risk Engines is helpful (Barra, Axioma, FactSet, RiskMetrics, or similar)
