**Instructor, Application Development & Delivery (Term Full-Time)** Applied Computer Education - **POSITION TYPE**:3 Full-Time, Term Positions Available (anticipated August 18, 2025 up to April 30, 2027) - **SALARY**:$63,375 - $96,946 per annum* **POSITION LOCATION**:Exchange District Campus (Winnipeg, MB) - **DUTIES** - **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** - Diploma in computer programming, software development, web development or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered - Experience with project documentation and technical writing - Experience with multiple stages of the software development life cycle - Experience with User Experience and User Interface philosophies and practices - Experience with IT Service Management - Demonstrated ability to stay current with changes in technology and processes - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use conflict resolution techniques to facilitate positive outcomes - Demonstrated leadership skills - Strong presentation skills - Ability to teach on campus and remotely - Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently as well as in small to large group settings - Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement **ASSET QUALIFICATIONS** - Experience teaching in a post-secondary environment - Experience mentoring, leading a team, training or coaching - Experience developing courses or training materials - Experience in IT Service Delivery - Certificate in Teaching for Learning or Adult Education - Experience developing and instructing distance delivered courses including on-line - Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver blended (synchronous and asynchronous) instruction **CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT** - Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada - This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends - This position may be required to work throughout the academic year including the summer months - Instructors are required to complete the Teaching for Learning (TFL) in Applied Education program or have previously completed the Certificate in Adult Education (CAE) - May be required to work at various RRC Polytech campuses - **From Industry to Classroom: Become an Instructor** RRC Polytech campuses are located on the lands of the Anishinaabeg, Ininiwak, Anishininwak, Dakota Oyate, and Denésuline, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis. - We recognize and honour Treaty 3 Territory Shoal Lake 40 First Nation, the source of Winnipeg’s clean drinking water.
