Are you an enthusiastic and goal-oriented person with a love for sales? We are looking for a Direct Sales Representative to join our team. Your main task will be to interact with potential customers at their homes, pitching and selling our products/services.

**Job-Type**: Full-Time (Monday - Friday/ 10:30AM - 8PM)

**Location**:Burnaby, BC, Canada

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and Engage: Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned neighbourhoods to identify potential customers;
- Educate and Demonstrate: Effectively explain the benefits of GreenBC products/services and show how they can enhance customers' lives;
- Close the Deal: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively;
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure positive customer experiences by addressing questions, concerns and post-sale support.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; we offer comprehensive training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Compensation**: Uncapped commission pay structure plus bonuses.
