Reporting to the Supervisor, Surface Land and Operations Administration, as the Operations Administrator, you would work directly with a variety of functions and provide support to the Operations team, encompassing a wide variation of responsibilities. This position requires flexibility and willingness to assist where necessary; often taking on new and evolving responsibilities. If you are someone with a strong attention to detail, a passion for organization and administration, excited to work alongside a passionate team focused on delivering strong results and continuous improvement, this job is for you. The role offers a wide range of exposure to all aspects of our operations and the opportunity to learn and expand your knowledge of the oil and gas industry.

**What You Will Do**:

- Assist multiple teams within the Operations department, including Drilling, Completions, Production and HSE.
- Compile, analyse, and generate detailed reports for leaders and stakeholders across various disciplines.
- Manage daily reporting structures to ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and delivered on time.
- Create, maintain and update operated and non-operated AFEs.
- Organize and manage both electronic and physical operational records.
- Oversee and provide support for various operational software.
- Assist with government submissions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide reception coverage during holidays, and sick leaves to help maintain smooth and efficient desk operations.
- Learn about NuVista Energy and the Energy industry including the full upstream cycle of the industry by directly working with a variety of functions and stakeholders in our organization.
