We’re building a thriving organization that’s purpose driven and still want to remember what your favourite milkshake flavour is. **As a Talent Attraction Coordinator your responsibilities will include**: - Support a high performing Talent Attraction Team - Act as a secondary support for our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) - Format job postings and support the equitable distribution of recruiter requisitions - Collect relevant data and update dashboards and report templates - Track team compliance with relevant training & associated metrics - Create, compile, & present survey data - Creating & updating PowerPoint presentations - Support the onboarding experience of our new hires across Canada - Managing TA Team careers inbox - Building sourcing/name generation lists, when required - Ordering, tracking and shipping supplies - Manage expense reports - Document formatting, file management, scheduling meetings, creating agendas, tracking action items etc. **Doane Grant Thornton** If you’re a bit like us, you’re driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking.
