**Celestica is looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team**

This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days a week based in our Toronto office.
**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Plans projects and other matters relating to obtaining the most qualified people to successfully staff Celestica’s growing organizations.
- Support our Diversity and Inclusion recruiting strategies and programs.
- Develops innovative recruitment strategies to achieve required skill levels for Celestica’s businesses.
- Consults with management personnel to assess staffing needs, develops specific plans, and actively participates in behavioral based screening/selection process to fulfill requirements.
- Develops and conducts training programs for managers designed to improve recruiting results (i.e., hiring in alignment with skills, attributes, behavior requirements, process efficiencies and reduce turnover).
- Tracks and reports on resourcing results and develops/implements plans for continuous process improvements.
**Skills/Competencies**
- Ability to consult with a wide variety of internal customers and provide an end-to-end resourcing service.
- Ability to develop appropriate staffing strategies for a variety of needs including recruitment projects for a whole unit or division, as well as assisting individual managers with open positions up to and including VP levels.
- Ability to conduct thorough behavioral interviews up to and including Director levels.
- Ability to project manage and time manage effectively to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 1 year of internship experience is preferred but we also appreciate attitude, aptitude and work ethic.
- Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets. Experience with Google Business, Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus.
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
- Experience partnering with global clients and peers
- Exposure to Interns programs including development, maintenance and support
- Experience with solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact that influences like a leader in a high volume environment
- Embraces technology and all forms of social media to creatively attract talent
- Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity.
- Organized, pragmatic and a commitment to recruit, grow and empower diverse talent.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
